Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari received the Kurdistan region on Thursday the amount of $ 420 million from the financial budget of the federal government dues payments, a long-awaited agreement will re-export of oil to the track.
Zebari said in a press statement that “the payments means that the parties are committed to the oil agreement.”
