Waved Iraqi Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari, on Monday, one day he will not stay in Baghdad in the event of reaching a conviction that that the federal government is deliberately not to send dues province of Kurdistan.
Zebari said in an interview on the sidelines of the meeting of the International Monetary Fund, that the oil agreement between Baghdad and Erbil passes several difficulties, adding that he still stands and steadfast.
