Signed Wasit province, on Monday, a contract with an American company for the development and rehabilitation of roads and sewage networks and stadiums, in the areas of agricultural and auspicious, at a cost of 140 billion Iraqi dinars.
The governor said Mahmoud Abdul Ridha, during a press conference after the signing of the contract, followed the “Awan” that “conservative agreed with the company (NAT) American on the redevelopment of the auspicious areas at a cost of 85 billion Iraqi dinars, and agricultural 55 billion Iraqi dinars.”
And that “the contract includes the rehabilitation of roads, sewage and water services, parks, playgrounds, electricity and communication networks and sidewalks,” he said, adding that “the duration of the work will be 540 days, by 24 hours without interruption.”
Abdolreza pointed out that “the all cadres American, except for simple acts will be Iraqi cadres.”
The House of Wasit province, it was announced at the beginning of this year, for the final ratification of the conservative reconstruction plan for the year 2013, $ 278 billion dinars, stressing that the plan included various service sectors and infrastructure in the center and the districts and the areas of the province.
