He said a member of the parliamentary legal committee endorsed frankincense, that the three Vice-President of the Republic are still in office in accordance with the law in force, noting that the abolition of their positions require new legislation, or send a request from the president to parliament to abolish the positions .

He added frankincense, that “there is a law in force regulating the work of the Vice President and voted by the Parliament, and can not be the abolition of the posts of Vice President only to send the government a bill abolishing the law in force, or that the President of the Republic formally request the House of Representatives to exempt three of his deputies.”
Saleh pointed out that “the three Vice-President of the Republic according to the law, they still have their jobs for lack of the House vote to repeal a new law office or at the request of the President of the Republic.”
According to the Vice-President of the Republic Act No. 1 of 2011 in force, the Vice-Presidents are either exemption request submitted by the president to exempt his deputy to the House of Representatives, or the accountability of Parliament to the vice president and a majority vote on his removal from office.
