US ready to send experts to raise the production of electricity in Iraq

Twilight News / showed the US ambassador to Iraq, Stuart Jones Sunday his country’s readiness to prop up the Iraqi national electricity system expertise and resources to raise capabilities.
The Electricity Ministry said in a statement that “the Minister of Electricity Qassim Mohammed Fahdawi discussed with the US ambassador to Iraq, Stuart Jones in his office at the ministry today ways of joint cooperation between the Republic of Iraq and the United States of America in the field of electric power.”
The statement added that “the minister accept the reality of the national electricity system and the challenges it faces and the preparations for the ministry to the summer of 2016 in light of the reduction of budgets and fiscal austerity through which the government,” noting that “the minister also reviewed the Ministry’s plans for the rehabilitation of the electricity system in the province of Anbar.”
The US ambassador expressed his country’s readiness according to the statement for “assigning Iraqi national electricity system expertise and capabilities, in order to raise the capacity of the system would contribute to stability.”
