Trump withdraws protection from Bolton confirms - Stupid dawn of the Middle EastShafaq News/ US President Donald Trump decided to withdraw Secret Service protection from his former National Security Advisor John Bolton, holding him responsible for the war on Iraq in 2003.

Trump made his decision to withdraw protection from Bolton yesterday, Tuesday, within the first 24 hours of Trump taking office .

Trump defended his decision to reporters, saying, “I think that’s been enough time… We’re not going to provide security for people for the rest of their lives. Why should we do that? ”

Trump described his former adviser as a “stupid person” and a “warmonger .”

Trump accused John Bolton of dragging the United States into the Iraq War in 2003, when Bolton was working in the administration of President George W. Bush .

Trump said about him: “He is the one who dragged us into this, along with Cheney and some others, and he convinced Bush to blow up the Middle East… It was a terrible decision .”

“They blew up the Middle East and we didn’t get anything out of it, just a lot of people dying. We killed a lot of people and John Bolton was one of those people, a stupid person, ” he continued.

It is noteworthy that Bolton was the national security advisor in the first Trump administration between 2018 and 2019 .

After resigning from the position due to differences with Trump, Bolton later published a book in which he revealed some sensitive details about the work of the Trump administration, and was strongly critical of it .

It is worth noting that the United States accused a number of officials in the Iranian Revolutionary Guard of planning to assassinate Bolton in 2022 in retaliation for the elimination of the commander of the “Quds Force” Qassem Soleimani in January 2020 .

But the US authorities were unable to arrest any of the defendants charged by the Department of Justice .
