On Friday, US President Donald Trump announced the cancellation of all executive orders and documents that were signed by “automatic pen” during the administration of his predecessor, Joe Biden.
Trump said in press statements reported by media outlets that “about 92% of the presidential documents issued during Biden’s term were signed with a mechanical pen, and not by the president himself.”
He added that “Biden was not involved in the signing process, and if he claims otherwise, he will be accused of perjury.”
