Today, Sunday, the State of Law Coalition described the former caretaker government headed by Mustafa Al-Kazemi and his advisors as a “corrupt gang,” while confirming that they wreaked corruption in Iraq and stole the country’s money.
The leader of the coalition, Haider al-Lami, said in an interview with Al-Maalouma Agency, that “Al-Kazemi’s gang and those who were with him wreaked corruption in Iraq. In any place in the previous government, you will find ruin and destruction. Therefore, Prime Minister Muhammad al-Sudani has a great task,” indicating: ” We, as citizens and politicians, reject failure and delay in the performance of the new government.”
He added, “The Sudanese does not have a magic wand in order to make achievements, and therefore we must be realistic and the ceiling of our demands should not be high, but rather we must support his government in order to achieve success and cross to safety.”
The leader in Maliki’s coalition explained: “Without the solidarity of the political forces and the Iraqi people to cross to the other side, it is impossible for the Sudanese to achieve successes on his own,” stressing, “We do not want there to be a timing as much as the need for real achievements on the ground.”
Earlier, a member of the House of Representatives, Jassim Al-Musawi, held the former caretaker prime minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, and his advisors responsible for the large corruption files, considering their role in running the state was encouraging for these deals.
Only a few days passed after the end of the caretaker government headed by Mustafa Al-Kazemi, until corruption deals began to be revealed one after the other in a competitive manner in terms of the method and imaginary numbers.
