The Truthful: The US withdrawal from Iraq is just a lie

Member of the Al-Sadiqoon Parliamentary Bloc, Hassan Salem, considered, on Wednesday, that the American withdrawal from Iraq is just a lie, indicating that the government did not set a timetable for the withdrawal of foreign forces .
Salem said that “all American promises regarding the withdrawal of its forces from Iraq are a lie,” noting that “Iraq does not need the presence of foreign forces on its soil .”
He added, “America is making excuses for the survival of part of its forces under the pretext of training and advice to stay for a longer period,” noting that “the Iraqi government is obligated to pressure the United States of America to remove its forces from Iraq by the end of this year .”
A member of the Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee, Bader Al-Ziyadi, had earlier confirmed the termination of the US military presence in all its forms, considering it a public demand in the first place, as well as a parliamentary political demand.
