The court’s decision stated: “The demand of the Russian Ministry of Justice to consider gay circles as an extremist movement has been met.” The court’s decision stated that it is subject to immediate implementation.
The reporter pointed out that the Supreme Court session was held behind closed doors due to confidential materials in the case, and representatives of the accused party did not attend the courtroom.
