In 2019, the president requested not to repeat the Libyan Benghazi scenario when the American ambassador was killed in 2012.
Iraq is determined to proceed with the “removal of foreign forces” dialogue, despite all the complications and conflict in the region, and we have no choice but to proceed under all circumstances.
