The President of the Republic indicated, according to the statement, that “Iraq is one of the richest countries with its natural, agricultural and human resources, and these resources are capable of building a new and developed Iraq.”

Rashid added, “I pay great attention to the issue of water because of its direct impact on the lives of Iraqis,” pointing out that “we need a good administration that addresses the challenges in the water file and works to find solutions to this file.”

And he indicated that “the presidency of the republic decided to form a body to study the water file and to help implement the plans set by the relevant ministries in this regard,” noting that “the responsibility rests with everyone, especially to reduce waste in water and prevent abuses of water quotas.”

Concerning prisoners and detainees, President Abd al-Latif Jamal Rashid affirmed that “the Presidency of the Republic is interested in reviewing the files of prisoners and detainees for the purpose of reviewing and studying the circumstances of their cases,” referring to “the issue of corruption and the need to fight it by all, pointing out that the government’s program is a good program and the Prime Minister is interested in implementing it and has been He started with real steps.
