The Parliamentary Legal Committee welcomes Sudaneses request to end the United Nations UNAMI mission in IraqFriday, the Parliamentary Legal Committee welcomed Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani’s request to end the United Nations UNAMI mission in Iraq, noting that the existence of this mission is based on the decisions of Chapter Seven of the United Nations Charter.

Committee member Raed Al-Maliki said in his blog post on the “X” platform: “We welcome the Prime Minister’s request to end the UNAMI mission in Iraq.”
