BAGHDAD / Baghdadi Uz..asdrt judiciary on Thursday a decree banning travel parliament speaker Salim al-Jubouri and names contained in the interrogation of Defence Minister Khaled al-Obeidi in the parliament session.
She said the judiciary in a statement received / Baghdadi News / copy of it, “The committee Althakiqh formed by the Judicial Council to investigate what the words of the Secretary of Defense during the questioning session, decided to ban the travel of people whose names appeared on the lips of the Minister of Defense during the interrogation session.”
She added that “these names are House Speaker Salim al-Jubouri, MPs Mohammed Karbouli and student architect and former MP Haider Mulla and named Iyad al-Jubouri, and named Haitham Qassem Hgati, and called Muthanna Abdul Samad al-Samarrai, as a precaution, according to the law.”
She noted that “the Commission has also decided to listen to the witnesses who are current and former officials as Defense Minister in his testimony that they have a certificate task.”
