Everyone knows today that the rise in the dollar is not the result of an increase in the goods in the local markets, because the commercial activity in these markets has been almost the same for more than 15 years, and the slight changes that have taken place do not affect the rise or fall of the value of the Iraqi dinar, but it is remarkable to consider that there are large mafias The government may not be able to confront them at the present time for well-known reasons, some of which are related to international affairs and the other is related to local affairs, because we know that these mafias deal in the name of banks officially registered in the state, and all of them belong to influential political classes, and therefore the state must search for other solutions in dealing with this situation Which has become a great concern for the citizen, and therefore it is the duty of the current Iraqi government to reconsider its accounts with some laws enacted at abnormal times, the first of which is the establishment of banking and currency exchange companies. It is unreasonable to hear today that some neighboring countries have very huge sums of Iraqi dinars that exceeded hundreds of trillions WhichYou intend to buy the dollar from the local markets, whatever the value of the dollar against the Iraqi dinar, and this is legally considered an economic war, and we all know that the security of any country is related to its economy first and foremost….

From this standpoint, we propose to the Prime Minister and all participants in the cabinet or legislators, members of the Iraqi Council of Representatives or economic advisors, the following…

1:- Legislation of a law that considers dealing outside the official scope in the dollar a crime, and whoever deals with it outside the permitted official framework exposes himself to legal accountability, the penalty of which reaches the death penalty.

2: – Reconsider all the work of banking companies and banks that were established in recent years, and which originally belong to people from countries outside Iraq, but with Iraqi names…

3: – Limiting the sums that exceed ten thousand dollars in the hands of government banks only, and the exchange for buying and selling is under the eyes of government control..

4:- We must distance political courtesies and flirtations from the issue of the citizen’s power, because when the economy in any country suffers collapse, the state with all its institutions collapses as a result.

5: – The Prime Minister must replace all the staff of economic advisors in his office, because the first danger lies in these people, as they always mislead the information and try to communicate it in a simplified manner, unaware of the danger of this on the Iraqi street and the resulting negative effects that will lead to disasters in society If there is any high price in the local markets, God forbid…

6:- Cancellation of the so-called Baghdad Stock Exchange because it has turned into international mafias dealing with billions of dollars and they are the beneficiaries of the conflicts with the rise of the dollar…

Finally, the government of Mr. Al-Sudani has become between two jaws, either to please the people and listen to what is going on in the street, or to satisfy the mafias of the political class, and in this case, resignation to the government will be the closest thing to everything…

I am addressing you as a loving citizen and friend.

The Iraqi citizen has become suspicious of the state’s ability to control the rise in dollar prices, which has become negatively reflected on people with limited incomes, and you have to make a brave economic decision that requires the government to pay the salaries of retirees and employees according to the official exchange rate equation, and perhaps less than that, as we are a country that possesses large cash reserves. And as you know, and you are one of the sons of the toiling classes, that the price of a living is very high.. So do not give room for political mouthpieces to speak badly about your government’s performance.. And you must strike with a hand of fire and iron on everyone who asks for himself and smuggles hard currency abroad. Because you are entrusted with us and we are all your children. Does the head of the family accept that his children go hungry?????
