(Baghdad: Al-Furat News) The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, former Sami Abdul-Mahdi Ibrahim Al-Muzaffar, on the decision of Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi to evacuate the villa in Jadiriya district of Baghdad.
