The dollar records a significant decline in the local marketToday, Sunday, the exchange rates of the US dollar witnessed a decline in the markets of the capital, Baghdad, and in Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Region, with the opening of the stock exchange in the country, as the dollar prices decreased in the Al-Kifah and Al-Harithiya stock exchanges to record 147,800 dinars for every 100 dollars, while yesterday morning, Saturday, it recorded 148,500 dinars for every 100 dollars.

Selling prices also decreased in exchange shops in local markets in Baghdad, where the selling price reached 148,750 dinars per 100 dollars, while the buying price reached 146,750 dinars per 100 dollars.

In Erbil, the dollar also declined, with the selling price in exchange shops reaching 147,900 dinars per 100 dollars, while the buying price reached 147,800 dinars per 100 dollars.
