The attack on Tal Afar[Ayna-Baghdad]
Iraqi Popular Forces and Iraqi Army forces surrounded Tal Afar district, west of Mosul, on Sunday.
“The 26nd Brigade forces in the popular crowd and the 9th Armored Division of the Iraqi Army surrounded the district of Tall Afar from the south,” said a statement from the crowd.
The commander of the armed forces Haider Abadi announced at dawn on Sunday the launch of the liberation of Tal Afar, while confirmed that the date of victory will be achieved soon.
