Talabani: If passed this law to solve many of the problems between Baghdad and Erbil

BAGHDAD / The leader of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan MP Talabani, on Monday, that there is a law in the House of Representatives if passed through the current parliamentary session, to resolve many of the outstanding problems between Baghdad and Erbil.
“If there was an oil and gas law to solve many problems between Baghdad and Erbil, but differences prevented the passage of this law is very important,” said Talabani, “Iraq should emerge from the national and sectarian ditching.”
“99 percent of the parties have ministers and participation in government, yet they are critical of the government,” said the leader of the National Union Party.
On January 18, 2017, the Ministry of Oil announced the completion of the draft oil and gas law and sent it to the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, noting that the aim is to seek and work on the optimal investment of the national wealth of oil and gas.
