3-17-2018 Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat Article: “WORLD BANK PLEDGED TO IRAQ TO LEND $ 6 BILLION OVER THE NEXT THREE YEARS” This is a WOW! …didn’t we just read earlier in the week the World Bank might hold up this funding due to Iraq not completing its reform process? I quote from Monday’s article – “The World Bank may sanction Iraq for non-compliance…” So this new news today of a release to Iraq 6 billion is some of the 30 billion from the donor conference in Kuwait. Seems coincidental this all happening now within just a week or less left to the 90 days of the monitoring process? I believe we may have a LATE March or an EARLY April date for the final release of the new category notes and the reinstatement of the dinar to the global markets. Let’s watch and see what happens. 3-16-2018 Intel Guru Bruce I got many sources that are connected to this. Some are inside the Treasury, Some are with the (4) Tier 1 banks…the lead bank…the Canada bank…Swiss bank…Redemption Centers. We know things that are going on that nobody else knows. By the way tonight the 15th represents the start of the 14th year for me in this venture. When it comes to Iraq, Iraq is basically done… We know they have completed the budget. We know they have completed the Gas law. We know they have an automatic time frame that they are on with that law and that budget law will be put in the Gazette. 3-15-2018 Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat So recently many asked me when is the 90 days up for the MCP monitoring program by the IMF? The reinstatement submittal was done in late December. No firm date is known. Get it? The article did not give us a date. If we give a week from the last week in December for the IMF to review Iraq’s request this puts us to at least the end of the year 2017. Then if they do place a mandatory monitoring program in place for the MCP we can see 90 days probably begins around Jan 1st. So if we go out 90 days then where do we land? So knowing all this then when do you think we might see it happen? …no one knows the date of the RV, we only speculate and try to figure it out using the best information we have on hand at the time. 3-14-2018 Intel Guru Bruce …we know Iraqi Americans have Qi cards like they do in Iraq, and we know they are able to go on those cards at midnight tonight [Tuesday] and be able to have access to their funds and see quite possibly a new rate populated…see the value of the Iraqi dinar to the dollar. That is good and positive for them. …I will tell you from what I am hearing everything is moving forward in that arena…I thought there was a possibility of it going yesterday afternoon, but I felt there be greater of it going this week Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. I have been told since by at least 5 or 6 sources that this is imminent…we are right here, right where we need to be. We see a lot of progress that is going through, and we know it is happening according to a plan. It may not be our plan, but it is happening according to a plan. We just have to sometimes resign ourselves to the fact this process is taking longer than we thought. I think we are pretty much ready. We are looking for a start. 3-11-2018 Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat …we see the IMF apposing the budget allocations to Kurdistan. Will they hold up the RV due to this or will they mind their own business? Maybe its time to mind their own business in internal affairs. Think about this – the only real strong hold the IMF now has over Iraq are the SDR loan program and the completion of currency reform. So what do they still need Iraq to complete prior to the currency reform? Legally the only issue they really can force Iraq to complete is the MCP and we know this is nearing the end of the 90 day application of correction period. This is why I believe we may very well be heading into a window of opportunity to finally get this currency reform completed. Read more…
