This was as much details as they would give…we may very well see this move quickly once the president is voted on. I am hearing all is set to go for the reinstatement. All have a “green light”. The timing is all coming together and may even have been done to a degree that suggests we could see more out of the CBI sooner than thought…this meeting [Last week] with the President, Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, suggests that they have security, stability, coordination, continuity and entitlements for the citizens in mind. Iraq won’t start with this rate to the world, it will begin with a front screen rate of 1 IQD to $1 USD which has long been discussed.
