9-20-2014 Intel Guru SteveI I know you all are looking for updates regarding the budget, but the first thing I am looking for is the final two Ministers to be set in stone and voted on. Then look for the budget after that. I think October 6th is the next voting of the ministers… The rest will fall into place. If you are looking for a time, mid October is looking very good to have all of this done by. I really do not see it going into November as they (Parliament) is looking to start the 2015 budget, so this means getting the 2014 done, passed and opened and disbursed. This is when you will see a possible rate increase in the value of their currency.

9-19-2014 Newshound Guru Aggiedad77 Article: “Parliamentary Finance declares its readiness to present the draft budget law for 2014 as soon as possible” The Finance Committee within Parliament has shown a “willingness” to get the 2014 draft budget pushed through Parliament as quickly as possible…again big news from the Parliament…”give it to us and we will get it done” they are saying…bold talk from this new Parliament…I’m liking what they are saying here….Parliament is also addressing changes to the Unified Retirement Law (9) for 2014 and will be implementing changes that will be for the good of Iraqi citizens…one MP…made a statement that the draft 2014 budget will reach Parliament on the 10th of October….but keep your eyes on this…I think it will be sooner…rather than later. 9-18-2014 Newshound Guru Adam Montana [when the GOI printed their post Saddam dinar (the currency that we all here are holding) was it THEIR game plan to RV or was that the thought that we investors had dreamed up? I remember when George W. made the announcement that the U.S. was going to invade, he did say that this invasion would not cost the U.S. taxpayer anything. So, I thought that (when I first invested in the IQD) that it was the U.S.’s intent to have a lot of these new Dinar to cover the price of the invasion. If so, WHAT WENT WRONG? And is that where we are now?] I don’t necessarily think anything went “wrong”, it’s just taken a while to get everything in place. We’ve seen the IQD more than double in value since 2003, we’ve seen Iraqis form a government, we’ve seen the Iraqi people voting (remember the first time we saw the purple ink on the fingers of voters?), we’ve seen a LOT of progress… and we continue to see that. There was no way the IQD could have gone up dramatically and been stable any time before 2010… but the progress they’ve made is undeniable, and if it’s going to happen – we are close. Read more…

9-17-2014 Intel Guru TD Recently received comments from my Kurdish-GOI contact : (as always treat all as rumor): There are no new “live” rates and the only place whereby the initial (if any) change will be, is the CBI website, followed almost instantly in all countries simultaneously. Secondly, the word “imminent” is the most often used word during this long saga of the dinar investment…According to my source, there are no immediate plans for the Finance Committee to meet with the Abadi administration in the near term. It is this Committee that will entertain proposals of economic reform programs which includes the long awaited “deletion of the zeros” program previously discussed in the Maliki administration in concert with the CBI agenda. 9-16-2014 Intel Guru Frank26 IMO, we are seeing the MR (Monetary Reform) right before our eyes…pay close attention to what the CBI is saying. The citizens are being taught about the Visa cards and ATM’s, they are being educated to go electronic. IMO, the GOI is seated based on reports from I Team, Delta’s team, and what they are doing. I Team report is that security is getting much better. ISIS is being managed. As of Saturday, Dr Shabibi was still in Baghdad but he may have moved on by now; many officials from the USA are in Iraq and in control. MOF, gov of CBI, PM of GOI are all put in their positions by USA. I Team believes that we will see the GOI act with incredible speed. IMO, many laws need to be passed before we can see the rate, and the GOI is working with speed…longer dragging their feet. Read more…

We know what the agenda was from the Minister of Finance…we know the rate that they were looking at, it’s reported everywhere….Iraq went to the IMF…we want to get it to a buck then we want to get it to 3 bucks can you help us do that? 9-12-2014 Newshound Guru Blue [formerly BlueyesinLevis] …most of Iraqis are NOT hoarding IQD and the currency is in tatters. They have exchanged their IQD for USD. Once the change happens…USD will be withdrawn and officially it will not be the coin of the realm any longer…the IMF has strict rules of Article 8 that must be complied with…the auctions will be discontinued. No longer will they have two currencies. Truth is they already have Lower denoms on the street…USD. But those days will be over in some period of time after the rate is lifted in whatever way they lift the rate…float ( Not…likely) or a staging rate or whatever. they will have to release their own lower denoms…but I guarantee you they will not print a boatload of them… Read more…

9-11-2014 Intel Guru Arthur I have just received high level intel I cannot specify for security and clearance reasons but suffice to say there was more to the POTUS’
speech than was meant to be discerned by the general audience. First he described this “counter-terrorism campaign” as “different”…This is Warfare 2.0 using next generation DARPA technologies literally straight out of Area 51… He then spoke of how he has “insisted that additional U.S. action depended upon Iraqis forming an inclusive government, WHICH THEY HAVE DONE IN RECENT DAYS.” That statement gave the green light for the standing by coalition to officially begin Operation xxxx against ISIS as well as for PM Abadi’s government to immediately implement all political and economic reforms necessary to usher Iraq into the international community via full implementation of the Strategic Framework Agreement.
