They told us there was FRAUD and MANIPULATION that prevented the project from moving forward. We know this is in dealing with the currency auctions and involved almost 1/3 of the parliament members and their banking and money laundering schemes. So it seems logical that if we want to know where the CBI now stands on the RV, why not look at what is going on to rectify these issues. …Many of these culprits will lose their immunity and thus can be served their arrest warrant on charges of corruption, but only after the election. Since the re-counting is scheduled to begin in the second province on Monday and there are 6 more provinces to go, I can say without a shadow of a doubt that it will not be completed by mid-July and maybe even have to wait until sometime in August. …That is, if no more tricks or snags by Maliki and his goons. So, went can we expect the re-counting to be completed? …This brings us to about August 21st “IF” they follow this same pattern, but we are seeing they are not and speeding this process up with pressure from the USA. 7-8-2018 Newshound Guru Mnt Goat Sadr has these corrupted politicians worried and shaking in their boots over the charges of corruption. He is coming for them… We read also today that in fact, if Sadr has his way, Nori al-Maliki is going to be one of them. I can assure you prosecuting Maliki may bring some unrest at first, but in the long run it will bring so much order and peace to Iraq. It is well worth the risk. But first they must settle the election results and make sure he does not “bargain” his way into yet another govt position to protect his immunity again as he did in 2014. As far as I know…he has no bargaining power. But as long as they keep this re-counting of ballots charade going, this will buy him time to come up with something. World Market Place means ‘outside of Iraq’, thus you are NOT in Iraq. And until the rate changes on FOREX (with a significant increase) and the banks are willing to exchange it for us – it makes no difference to you or I what is going on inside of Iraq. Besides, I have a very good, reliable source in the CBI that tells me absolutely NOTHING has yet occurred and the dinar inside and outside Iraq is still at the rate of 1190 dinars to 1 US dollar. It has been a rollercoaster ride even for me, because I had some information that indicated a certain couple days it looked like we were going. We had time and days. It did not happen. One was HSBC, one for Wells Fargo-separate one, and one for the US Treasury. This could prove to be a pivotal week for us in that they must complete the recounting effort prior to July 1st . Based on everything else we are now hearing…I am afraid to say this probably will not happen. Some Iraqi electoral commission representatives tell us it should take 3 days, others say 10 days and then others months. Who knows? All we can go on now is what they (Iraq) are telling us. Cash advancements via E Dinars to the citizens…The citizens are being introduced IMO, to purchasing power – PP. During that same process they were introduced to International cards and guided to POS (point of sale) for the introduction of LD’s to come once they lift the restrictions on their currency. MC’s an Visa’s were passed out during Eid.
