So, when it is ready and the GOI has completed its tasks, we can expect to see the collection of the three zero notes and the issuance of the new lower denominations. I asked for a timing of this event and she said to follow the election cycle. Once they change the exchange rate the rest of the notes will pour in like a waterfall because nobody wants to keep those 3 zero notes.
