The CBI will have no dollars. What they will have is a new currency to sell, effectively. The exchanges will sell dollars for legitimate use, i.e., travel, etc.. The CBI will make money off the Dinar. There will be no MCPs allowed in country for local use. That will require the dollar to be used for outside the country. 4-14-2020 Newshound Guru Pimpy Do I think the rate change is gonna happen? Oh, yeah I absolutely without a doubt feel like this rate change is gonna happen. Do I know how much? No. But I could take a very very good guess at it and I’ve made my own personal prediction…I really feel like the rates gonna come out somewhere around $1.34 but I’ve also made a stern stern argument for why it might come out at $3.22. I’m going going to go out on a limb and make this prediction…nobody and I mean nobody in the dinar community right now that would fuss, get mad or turn down a rate of $1.34. 4-12-2020 Newshound Guru Jeff I don’t believe the rate will change as of this weekend…Iraq is the only country in the world to have shut down their stock exchange. That’s huge…IMO the rate did change…but it’s only changed on the accounting books. It’s not in the public realm. That is why Iraq had to shut down all their markets and also why they had to sneak in the last two currency auctions…they had to close out all the old accounting books for the fiscal year of 2019 before the rate could change. Today they’re showing us they had a currency auction but again just like Sunday the total cash sale is zero. They haven’t sold anything this whole week. BOOM! We’re looking good. We’re right on to see a blessing this weekend…the ISX stock exchange..say the last update was March 16 so again they have not had any actual stock trading since March 16th and so far they technically have not sold anything at the auctions really since 3-16 either…looking good. They’re telling you roughly somewhere during next week or even within a week that they’re trying to… devalue the dollar within the country of Iraq… [Thursday’s Article said] they’re basically saying around the next official holiday Iraq will increase their exchange rate…this article is telling you the same thing. 3-29-2020 Newshound Guru Jeff …Let’s say Iraq were to change the rate on Sunday April 12th. Those two email correspondences from those brokerage firms state they would reopen on Sunday the 12th. Let’s say the rate were to change on the 12th. “The trading floor is currency open 6 hours a week Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday from 10am to 12 noon.” …if the rate were to change on Sunday it doesn’t matter if the ISX reopens for business because the fact that they don’t even start trading until 10am Sunday morning.
