6-29-2013 Intel/Newshound Guru Mailman17 the only thing i watch for now is to see if the requirements regarding chap 8 of the imf and chap 6 of the un coincide, if they are entwined, then we are good to go. as far as the rate, i still stick to my guns are far as a par value. add to that that 2 major banks are now set up starting monday for infrastructure (most likely outside) tells me the fear of investing in iraq is gone.

6-28-2013 Intel Guru Footforward Iraq was not fully removed from Chapter 7. They still have to make payments to Kuwait and there is still an arms ban pertaining to nuclear weapons and a few other things. Before they are fully removed from Chapter 7 there has to be an RV and that was actually put in there to protect Iraq. Most think it was put there to force them to RV.

They have been invaded & have an American style of government, they placed Shabibi and Maliki & they selected the leadership, and they are using the U.S. dollar. Iraq is not in control. If Chapter 7 is fully removed before they RV, it is going to be really painful for them. They won’t have the funds or means to pay off their debts. 6-24-2013 Newshound Guru Fresh Kuwait is basically shouting for Iraq’s full release from Chapter 7 because all debts are paid…all that I’ve read is that it’s been 100% paid. in my opinion…we could all stand to make a very significant amount of money at any moment and also it could be in surges – for example overnight a $1 USD to $1 dinar equivalent and then it dramatically surges upward from there over the days that follow…whenever the market gets wind of something new that is “hot” they tend to buy into it prematurely and quickly and the value of that equity, etc can get inflated…meaning let’s say $3.33 is the target rate for example. I am sure he had it in his mind to take control of these funds himself for his evil agendas.
