Sunday Times: Saudi Arabia is seeking to buy nuclear weapons from Pakistan

The Sunday Times newspaper published an article entitled “Saudi Arabia buy nuclear weapons,” saying that Saudi Arabia has taken a strategic decision to buy nuclear weapons from Pakistan, which threatens a new arms race in the Middle East, and that according to US officials said.
The newspaper pointed out that “this move by Saudi Arabia, which financed a large part of the nuclear program to Islamabad over the past three decades, comes amid growing anger among Gulf Arab states because of the agreement, supported by US President Barack Obama these countries fear that allowing its arch-foe, Iran , develop a nuclear bomb. ”
The paper also noted that such a move will open the door to other countries to obtain nuclear weapons, such as Egypt and Turkey.
