The Kurdish politician Beston Faeq confirmed, on Wednesday, that the first parliament session will remain open for months due to the continuation of disagreements within each component regarding naming presidential positions, suggesting that the government is likely to be formed during the next month of March.
Faeq said in a statement to “Information”, that “the differences are still deep, not between the political forces of the components, but within each component in terms of agreeing to nominate a candidate for each of them for a presidential position, as well as a difference of opinion on the form of the next government,” noting that “the first parliament session will remain It is open for months due to the continuing disagreements within each component regarding the designation of presidential positions.”
