Al-Rikabi explained that “there is no problem in maintaining Iraq’s international status after removing American forces from the country.”

He stressed that “the final decision for the withdrawal of American forces rests with the formed technical committees and the government’s position,” pointing out that Al-Sudani affirmed the ability of the Iraqi forces and the PMF to confront any possible attack or security threat.
