“The National Alliance agreed and Egypt to identify balancing the province signed 122 deputies to enforce equality provinces of the region with other provinces in budget allocations, noting that the Iraqi List, which supports the Kurdistan Alliance in its arguments will not succeed in pressuring the Iraqi street demands passage of the budget.”
