A well-informed political source said today that a meeting will be held between the Speaker of Parliament, Muhammad al-Halbousi, and the President of the Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani, in addition to the head of the Sadrist bloc, Hassan al-Adhari, with the head of the Fatah Alliance Hadi al-Amiri, to resolve the crisis.
The source told the source that “the Speaker of Parliament, Muhammad al-Halbousi, the President of the Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani, and the head of the Sadrist bloc, Hassan al-Adhari, will meet with the leader of the Fatah Alliance Hadi al-Amiri in the capital, Baghdad, today, Friday.”
He pointed out that “the meeting comes within the initiative of the leader of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Massoud Barzani, to solve the crisis of forming the new government.”
