Sheikh Ali stated in a tweet via the Twitter platform, that “the United States appreciates the damage of the attackers attack on its embassy in Baghdad at 100 million US dollars, the price of a fence, door and jag (bottle),” noting that “Iraq will pay it from the budget of its people.”

He added, “America demands that the leaders of the attack on the embassy be handed over quietly, or leave it to them to hunt them in the corner (the trap),” without disclosing who Washington requested to hand over the leaders of the demonstrations.

On Tuesday morning (December 31, 2019), massive demonstrations protested against the strikes launched by the United States, last Sunday, at the sites of “Hezbollah Brigades” in border lands of Iraq and Syria, and killed at least 25 people. .

US President Donald Trump accused Iran of being behind the “attack” on the embassy, ​​threatening Iran that it would bear “full responsibility” for these events.

Earlier in the day, the popular crowd called the protesters, near the American embassy, ​​in the Green Zone, in the center of the capital, Baghdad, to withdraw.
