Rights Reveal New Appeals After The Final Results Of The Elections

Rights movement confirmed, on Tuesday, that the approval of the Supreme Judicial Council on the results announced by the Commission is not final and there will be other appeals.
A member of the movement, Hussein Al-Karaawi, said in a statement to the “Information” agency, that “the next stage will be the legal confrontation between those who oppose the current results and the commission before the parliament and in accordance with the contexts of the constitution.”
He added, “Announcing the results and going to the judiciary and approving them does not mean the end of the objections and proceeding according to the principle of the fait accompli. Rather, there will be other fights, but this time it will be under the dome of the new parliament and the commission.”
He pointed out that “the Federal Court and the Supreme Judiciary will bear the greatest responsibility to consider the appeals and not proceed with the ratification of the results without investigating the evidence and evidence that will be presented to them.”
