Revealing an American-British veto on Al-Kadhimi’s trial

Al-Fatah Alliance member Ali Al-Fatlawi revealed today, Wednesday, an American-British veto to try former Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi, who is accused of several cases, including establishing a spy network.
Al-Fatlawi told Al-Maalouma, “Al-Kadhimi has American and British support that prevents his trial despite his involvement in the assassination of Al-Nasr leaders when he was head of the National Intelligence Service.”
Al-Fatlawi held Al-Kadhimi responsible for the assassination of the leaders of Al-Nasr, noting that there are question marks about the reasons for not prosecuting him.
He added, “The only obstacle standing in the way of his not being tried is his possession of American-British immunity.”
