Qubad Talabani instructs to provide facilities to investors and reduce red tape in government departmentsShafaq News/ Deputy Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Qubad Talabani, instructed on Wednesday to provide all necessary facilities and assistance to investors and work to reduce red tape in government departments.

Talabani said during a speech at an expanded meeting of administrative units and service departments followed by Shafaq News Agency that in order to activate and strengthen the private sector and attract investors to invest in the city of Koya, a careful follow-up of the main shortcomings and problems must be conducted and addressed so that investors can play their role in the city’s reconstruction.

In this regard, Qubad Talabani instructed the officials of the administrative units to provide all necessary facilities and assistance to investors, and to work to reduce red tape in government departments in order to speed up the completion of the affairs of investors and businessmen to restart service projects in the city of Koya.

The Deputy Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government indicated that the city of Koya requires more services from us, and from this perspective we will make changes in any position or place in order to provide the best services to citizens.

He instructed the city officials and said: You must be at the service of the citizens because your duties are to serve them. In another aspect, mechanisms for addressing the problem of encroachments on public lands and property were discussed.
