Qasim Muhammad expresses expect obtaining a final agreement on the export of oil with Baghdad

Agencies – expressed by the decision of the Commission on oil and energy parliamentary MP for the Kurdistan Alliance Qassim Mohammed, Saturday, predicted the end of the differences between Baghdad and Erbil oil this week, adding that there was “great convergence” happened during the past few days to “internal and external pressures” to end the crisis.
Mohammed said in a press statement, “The convergence between the positions which received federal and provincial governments during the crisis of the past few days on the export of oil will translate this week in the form of a final agreement after the arrival of a delegation from the region to attend the joint meeting.”
“The rapprochement came after pressure the federal government to reduce annual cash flow to the region if ever the region to export oil without Baghdad to agree with the granting of the province along with the constitutional right to export oil in accordance with the federal government.”
He continued that “the current crisis between Baghdad and Erbil delayed approval of the federal budget for three consecutive weeks.” P / h
