Shafaq News / The Ministry of Planning on Tuesday for the stability of inflation for the month of July indicators compared with June the previous year after a slightly higher rate of 0.1%, while the annual inflation seen for the period from July 2015 to July 2016 a decrease in the average of 0.4%.
He said the official spokesman for the Ministry of Planning Abdul Zahra al-Hindawi said in a statement responded to the Twilight News, said the Central Bureau of Statistics released its monthly report on the inflation indicators, which showed that the base inflation rose by 0.2% from the previous month and rose by 1.4% for the month of July 2015.
He said the general index of consumer prices record for the month of July 2016 in Iraq (103.6%), up 0.1% for the month of June 2016, due reason for the hike to the rising indices of tobacco division by (0.1%), Department of Housing by (1.0%) , the Health Department at (0.2%), department of communication by (0.1%), recreation and culture department by (0.2%), Department of miscellaneous goods and services increased by (0.6%).
He pointed to the decline in the annual inflation rate in the month of July 2016, which was (103.6%) increased by 0.4% compared to July 2015 and who was (104.0%).
He Hindawi said the Department of Food and non-alcoholic beverages registered a decline of (0.6%) to contribute by (172.0-%) in the monthly rate of change.
Regarding the reasons decline in annual inflation index between Hindawi said the decline was influenced by lower food and non-alcoholic beverages division (6.5%) to contribute by (586.8%) in the annual rate of change.
