Follow-up – and babysit – Deputy Chairman of the provincial council in Kirkuk Ribawar Talabani, on Friday, the Ministry of Planning spotted trillion and 200 billion Iraqi dinars, as a counterbalance to the province for the current year within five dollar plan, calling on Parliament to the need to resolve the issue of the general budget.
Talabani said in a press statement, “The Ministry of Planning allocated $ trillion and 200 billion, as a counterbalance to the province of Kirkuk within the allocations of petrodollars and regional development for the current year,” noting that “these customizations are part of a plan allocation of five dollars to the provinces producing oil.”
Calling on “Parliament and the government to the need to resolve the issue of approving the budget because the delay hurts the common good of the country and even projects that are in progress,” adding that “Kirkuk province has a plan to make payments projects with companies for the purpose of not stopping any strategic project contributes to the accomplished within the specified period in Kirkuk. ”
He explained Talabani that “the delay and approve the budget in parliament will have a negative impact on the implementation of projects because of all the provinces and Kirkuk depends on the budget of petrodollars in the implementation of those projects we have in Kirkuk, more than 700 ongoing project at work and delay will be reflected on the lack of financial liquidity to them.” X, Y
