[Baghdad-Ain] The
deputy of the Saeron Ghayb al-Amiri coalition ruled out the passage of the government of Prime Minister-designate Adnan al-Zarfi in the parliament, attributing the matter to the rejection of influential political forces.
Al-Amouri said in a press statement, “Al-Zarfi is still facing opposition from the Al-Fateh Alliance and the rule of law and wisdom, and these forces are influential within the House of Representatives,” noting that “Al-Zarfi may not pass within the House of Representatives, and his fortunes have decreased greatly due to the rejection that exists at the present time.”
He added that “traded alternative names for Zurfi did not get a political consensus or approval of the Committee of Seven , but offered to provide an alternative in the event of refusal Zurfi or withdrawal from commissioning , ” noting that “Zurfi has no intention to withdraw or apologize and will continue the process of forming the government.
And assigned to the President Barham Saleh, on the 17th of this month, Adnan Al-Zarfi, headed by the Council of Ministers and forming a new government for the next period.
Both the Al-Fateh Alliance, the State of Law coalition, the National Contract Bloc, and the National Approach bloc refused to assign Al-Zarfi to President Barham Salih, and promised that he would thus transcend all constitutional contexts and political norms.
