The committee member said Majid Ghraoui for “eye Iraq News”, that “Iraq is going through a financial crisis and there is pressure on the budget due to lower world oil prices, and therefore, the Iraqi government is not able to afford these experts and military advisers expenses,” stressing the “Do not allow the US to manage the sending without the formal approval of the Iraqi Council of Representatives of experts. ”
He noted that “the hard work to build the security forces would be insufficient to abandon its support of foreign countries,” stressing that “the legal immunity was not granted any Ognih forces, and they are granted according to law is passed in Parliament.”
It is said that Iraq announced earlier refusal to pay any amounts against the international coalition air raids against Daash sites.
