Today, Saturday, the Parliamentary Integrity Committee accused the advisors of the caretaker prime minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, of being involved in all corruption deals, while confirming the presence of great personalities and names that have not yet been revealed behind the accused of “theft of the century,” Nour Zuhair.
Committee member Ali al-Turki said, in an interview with the information agency, that “all the advisors of the former prime minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, have a hand and are involved in all the corruption deals that took place during the previous period, including the theft of tax funds.”
He added, “There are figures and big names that have not yet been revealed behind the first accused of stealing the century, Nour Zuhair,” considering the latter “a front for theft behind which many big heads in the previous government stand.”
A member of the Parliamentary Integrity Committee explained, “The theft of the century was discovered due to a disagreement over the financial shares,” noting that “Al-Kazemi is one of the main tools in stealing the century.”
And Turki stated, “The caretaker prime minister and all his advisors, from Mashreq Abbas, Raed Jouhi and Abdel-Zahra, stand behind the first accused, Nour Zuhair.”
Al-Kazemi’s government and his advisors are pursuing numerous political and popular accusations, amid calls for the necessity of imprisoning them behind prison bars and revealing the amount of money that was embezzled during the period in which it assumed control of the country’s affairs.
