Member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, MP Naji Ardis, confirmed, on Sunday, that the budget deficit for the remainder of 2020 will reach 20%.
Idris said that it is not possible to use the term budget for the remainder of the months of 2020, but rather a budget, which is to know the financial situation in Iraq in terms of how much are the expenditures and revenues achieved and follow up on the rest of the other files.
Idris added, “The budget deficit for the remainder of 2020 is large and amounts to 20%, according to available indicators.”
