The Parliamentary Finance Committee confirmed that the share of the Kurdistan region in the budget is 12.67%, and while confirming that the previous percentages will not return, it disclosed that the Kurdistan region gave data on the salaries of institutions without the number of employees .
Committee member Majida Al-Tamimi said, “The Kurdistan region gave us data on the salaries of institutions without the number of employees,” indicating that “the Kurdistan region says that it has received 92 trillion dinars out of 177 since 2005. ”
Al-Tamimi added, “The proceeds of the Kurdistan region from the official outlets are more than one trillion dinars during a year,” stressing that “the share of the Kurdistan region in the budget is 12.67 percent and the previous rates will not return .”
And she added, “We do not want to pass the budget by the majority, but by mutual consent between all parties,” indicating that “there must be a settlement between Baghdad and Erbil to see the student and the wanted since 2012.”
