Parliamentary Finance Committee hosts Central Bank Governor and Iraqi bank managers

The Parliamentary Finance Committee announced today, Tuesday, that it will host the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq and Iraqi bank managers, while a parliamentary source revealed the most prominent topics that will be discussed, as the committee stated in a statement that it “will host the Governor of the Central Bank, the Director of Rafidain Bank and TBI, and the Director of the Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Office.”
In the same context, a parliamentary source explained from within the hosting session, “The committee will discuss important files related to financial policy and the recent decisions of the Central Bank, most notably the decision regarding real estate and setting the minimum price at 100 million dinars and through banks, in addition to raising the commission for electronic cards when withdrawing employees’ salaries, and other topics.”
