Revealed to the Commission on oil and energy parliamentary intention to pass and approve the law of oil and energy during the first legislative term of life of the Parliament.
The committee member said Mahabs Razak told all of Iraq [where] that “the Commission will work to pass the law of oil and gas during the first year of the parliamentary session is to raise the profile of energy in the country.”
Mahabs added that “political differences and false interpretations of the articles of the Constitution caused obstructing the law was passed, so it will be bypassed in line with the Iraqi constitution and national interests.”
The House of Representatives failed in its previous session in passing a law on oil and energy because of political bickering and disagreements on a number of Moadeh.anthy 2.
