BAGHDAD / Baghdadi Uz..aalnt Commission on oil and energy parliamentary, Saturday, to finalize the oil-producing provinces law, as pointed out that the law will be allocated money to the provinces producing and non-producing oil and energy.
Said committee member Jamal Panthers in an interview / Baghdadi News / that “consists of four articles of law, the first article talks about the financial ratios that will be given to the oil-producing provinces, and the second speaks of equality of non-productive counterparts producing provinces.”
“The third article focuses on the powers of the government to increase or decrease allocated to the provinces financial ratios depending on the economic situation, either Article IV refers to the legality of these materials,” noting that “the committee will discuss the law with the Finance Committees of Parliament and parliamentary regions as destinations linked to the law.”
