A member of the House of Representatives revealed today, Sunday, that resigned Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi has given his ministers powers to proceed with contracts until the end of the current year, calling for standing in the face of the government’s resignation in public and its performance of “files and suspicions of corruption” in secret.
Representative Youssef Al-Kalabi said in a press conference held today, in the Parliament building, that “there is a book issued by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers reveals that powers have been granted to ministers to proceed with contracts until the end of the current year and they were not resigned,” noting that “this decision was taken in the extraordinary session In which the government has resigned. ”
