Despite the conflicting news and information about job grades and their numbers in the 2023 budget, member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee Nazem Al-Shibli confirmed in a statement to Al-Maaloumah, that “the 2023 budget will witness the approval and allocation of thousands of job grades that will include free lecturers and those covered by Resolution 315, which will include Approximately 176,000 job degrees for contract holders who have served more than two years or more, in addition to providing degrees through deletion and creation.”
