The representative of the State of Law coalition, Muhammad Al-Shammari, announced, on Saturday, that many deputies, especially the deputies of the Coordination Framework, are determined to demand the Presidency of the House of Representatives to issue a decision banning the travel of the caretaker Prime Minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, and referring him to the judiciary, due to his violations of the constitution, especially during the term of the caretaker government.
Al-Shammari said in a statement to “Al-Maalouma”, “The caretaker prime minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, made serious mistakes during his tenure as head of the Council of Ministers, especially during the term of the caretaker government, and bypassed it with premeditation on the constitution.”
He added that “many deputies, especially the deputies of the coordination framework, are determined to demand the presidency of the House of Representatives to issue a decision banning Mustafa Al-Kazemi’s travel and referring him to the judiciary.”
Al-Shammari indicated that “Al-Kazemi made suspicious appointments and outside his powers and decisions that do not have legal bases, and he knows this,” stressing by saying: “We will demand the next prime minister to reconsider all unconstitutional and legal decisions that Al-Kazemi took during his term as prime minister.” finished/25pm
