Palm – got “news agency palm” the text of the secret agreement signed in Arbil on August 8 to August in 2010 between Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and President of Kurdistan, Massoud Barzani, and by al-Maliki plan.
According to the Convention: Consistent with the supreme national interest, in order to expedite the formation of the government parties shall abide by the following:
1 abide by the constitution and implementation.
2 adopt a roadmap for the formation of the new government, as follows:
A Mr. Jalal Talabani, President of the Republic.
Mr. Nuri al-Maliki as prime minister.

3 The Parties shall work seriously for the participation of all the political blocs in the new government.
